This Cutomer is first ever imported from China and first time to use Alibaba to buy products, please check the talking we did,we explain everything to him before we issue order on Alibaba,the costs we did very well send to him, he just ignored it About the delivery time,we agreed the production time is 25-30 days and ship on the sea around 25-30 days after confirming the shipping schedule, please check attached we talked too, he also needs to clear customs and pay local port charges ,that time is not we delayed . Even this one give us a one start comments, that is bad intend to black us!we did what we do best to him, it was packed by looss cargo,we make a crate for him which takes 80$,the port charges agent charge him more around 300$ the big cargo fee,we applied to be free, he just think all what he thinks do not care about the things we did him We believe alibaba will give a fair resulution for this issue,it is not only customers can comments, we can protect our rights too
